I might be traveling to Gulu next week. Gulu is a northern province of Uganda a few hours south of Sudan. I'd be traveling to IDP (Internally Displaced Person) camps to help disseminate mosquito nets. IDP camps are primarily created by refugees fleeing to the relative safety of Uganda from other countries (Democratic Republic of Congo...Sudan...etcetera). In addition to being the site of many IDP camps the Gulu province was one of the worst affected by Joseph Kony's child abductions.
