Ggaba Slums

Hi everyone - here are a few pictures for you!  I took these at the Ggaba slums.

This picture is from outside the Ggaba slums (in the middle of the picture you can see garbage piled three stories high)

 

I sat on the side of the classroom and this child just stared at me the entire time. 

 

These kids were going wild because I took their pictures and showed them the digital version on the back of my camera.  Moshu told me some of them have probably never seen a camera...and certainly not something that could capture their image in a second.  They completely surrounded me.

 

I liked this picture.  These long horn cattle are ALL OVER the place in Kampala.  They're huge!  This guy looks a little hungry...
